RTL curtain ultrafiltration membrane stack is an ultrafiltration membrane used in external free space, suitable for filtering incoming water with poor water quality and high SS. The membrane module relies on the suction effect of the filtration pump to allow the filtered liquid to pass through the membrane holes on the hollow fiber membrane wall and enter the inner cavity from the outside of the membrane fibers. The filtered fluid flows through the water outlet of each membrane module and converges to the outlet of the system. The RTL curtain ultrafiltration membrane stack has high filtration accuracy, with a retention rate of 99.9% for 30nm polystyrene microspheres and a microbial purification rate of not less than 99.9%. The pure water flux can reach 900-1000L/(m2 · h), and the overall performance has reached the leading level in China. Membrane stacks can be applied in various scenarios such as domestic wastewater treatment, industrial wastewater treatment, and RO pretreatment.

Strong antioxidant properties: The high-quality polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) material determines that the membrane fibers have strong chemical stability. Good strength and toughness: The membrane fiber lining has high fracture stress, and the connection between the water collection box and the membrane fiber is good, so the membrane component will not have wire pulling or breakage. Low cleaning frequency: After integrating the membrane module into a membrane module, the lower end adopts a non clogging groove aeration, which ensures uniform aeration and is not easily clogged. The system running program is set according to our company's requirements, and can achieve automatic online maintenance and cleaning, which can reduce pollution and blockage. Therefore, the frequency of chemical cleaning of membrane components is relatively low. Long service life: The membrane fiber is made of excellent materials, with sufficient tensile strength, and is firmly connected to the water collection box, with a low cleaning frequency. Therefore, the overall service life of membrane components is relatively long, reaching more than 5 years.
