The RTL-b series submerged ultrafiltration membrane module is an ultrafiltration membrane used in external free spaces, suitable for filtering incoming water with poor water quality and high SS. The membrane module relies on the suction effect of the filtration pump to allow the filtered liquid to pass through the membrane holes on the hollow fiber membrane wall and enter the inner cavity from the outside of the membrane fibers. The filtered fluid flows through the water outlet of each membrane module and converges to the outlet of the system. The RTL-b series submerged ultrafiltration membrane components have high filtration accuracy, with a retention rate of 99.9% for 30nm polystyrene microspheres and a microbial purification rate of not less than 99.9%. The pure water flux can reach over 1000L/(m2 · h), and the overall performance has reached the leading level in China.

The system running program is set according to our company's requirements, and can achieve automatic online maintenance and cleaning, which can reduce pollution and blockage. Therefore, the frequency of chemical cleaning of membrane components is relatively low. Long service life: The membrane fiber is made of excellent materials, with sufficient tensile strength, and is firmly connected to the water collection box, with a low cleaning frequency.
